Designed for large, complex environments with very high interaction volumes and a need for deep customisation. It is used by many of the region’s largest banks, government ministries, and telecoms. C Square has been implementing and managing Genesys Engage environments for over 16 years.

Genesys has set 2028 as the end-of-life date for Genesys Engage. After that date, Genesys will no longer provide standard feature updates or mainstream support for the platform. Organisations currently on Engage should be planning their migration to Genesys Cloud. C Square provides full Engage support through 2028 and manages the migration for clients who are ready.

Yes. C Square takes over management of existing Engage environments implemented by any team or vendor. We begin with a full environment audit to understand the current configuration, document all customisations and integrations, assess risk, and establish a support baseline before commencing managed services.

Migration timelines depend on the complexity of your Engage environment. A straightforward single-site migration may take 12–16 weeks. Large, multi-site enterprise migrations with complex CRM integrations and custom routing logic typically take 6–18 months, delivered in controlled phases. C Square provides a detailed migration assessment and phased plan at the start of every migration programme.

Genesys will offer extended commercial support for some Engage clients beyond 2028, at additional cost. However, the platform will no longer receive new features or mainstream product updates. C Square can advise on whether extended support is appropriate for your situation — and in most cases, a phased migration to Genesys Cloud before 2028 is the better strategic and commercial choice.

Yes. C Square’s migration methodology keeps your Engage environment fully live and operational throughout the migration process. We run Engage and Genesys Cloud in parallel during the transition and only decommission Engage components after the Cloud environment has been validated, KPIs confirmed, and your team is fully trained and confident on the new platform.
