About the Role
C Square’s AI & Automation practice builds conversational AI, voice bots, agent copilots, and predictive automation natively on Genesys Cloud AI for enterprise clients across banking, telecom, and government. As an AI Engineer, you’ll build and train the models and flows that power these deployments — turning architecture into working, production-grade automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, train, and fine-tune virtual agents (voice and digital bots) using client interaction data
- Develop and deploy Agent Copilot flows — real-time prompts, knowledge surfacing, post-call summarisation
- Implement predictive routing and predictive engagement models
- Build and test AI Studio flows in staging before client go-live
- Work with Speech & Text Analytics pipelines across 100% of interaction data (not sampled)
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to translate designs into deployed, tuned systems
Requirements
- 2–4 years’ experience in AI/ML engineering, NLP, or conversational AI development
- Hands-on experience with Python and common ML/NLP frameworks (spaCy, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, or similar)
- Understanding of intent recognition, entity extraction, and dialogue management
- Comfortable working with API integrations and real-time data pipelines
