About the Role
C Square’s Data Analytics practice unifies CRM, ERP, and contact-centre data including Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, and our own Avantage CRM into a single view for enterprise clients. As a Data Analyst, you’ll turn that unified data into the dashboards and insights that let our clients’ supervisors and executives actually run their operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards across CRM, Genesys, and integrated enterprise systems
- Design KPI frameworks for client operations teams — service levels, agent performance, campaign outcomes, customer journey metrics
- Clean, model, and validate data pulled from multiple source systems (CRM, contact centre platform, ERP)
- Partner with CRM Integration and Custom SDK teams to define what data gets captured and how
- Present findings and recommendations directly to client stakeholders during Optimise-stage reviews
- Support ad hoc analysis requests across active client engagements
Requirements
- 2–4 years’ experience in data analysis, BI, or reporting ideally with CRM or contact-centre data
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with a BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Comfortable working across multiple data sources and reconciling inconsistent data
- Clear communicator able to explain findings to non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or Oracle reporting
- Familiarity with Genesys Cloud analytics or contact-centre KPIs (AHT, FCR, CSAT, etc.)
- Exposure to Python or R for deeper statistical analysis
