About the Role
As AI Architect, you’ll own the technical design behind C Square’s AI deployments from a bank’s virtual agent rollout to a telecom’s predictive engagement stack. You’ll translate business goals into scalable, secure AI architecture, and set the technical standard our AI Engineers build against.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end AI architecture for enterprise clients — virtual agents, copilots, predictive routing, knowledge management, and workflow automation
- Define data-residency, security, and integration strategy for each AI deployment
- Lead the Discovery and Design stages of client engagements, working directly with client stakeholders
- Set technical standards and review the work of AI Engineers before deployment
- Evaluate and integrate AI capabilities across the Genesys Cloud AI stack and adjacent platforms
- Own the AI Activation Plan for migration and greenfield projects alike
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in AI/ML solution architecture, with at least 2 years designing production systems at enterprise scale
- Strong grasp of NLP, conversational AI design patterns, and MLOps
- Experience architecting for regulated industries (banking, government, telecom) a strong plus
- Proven ability to lead technical conversations directly with enterprise clients
